The technician's at O'Neal's are true professionals. I have been using their expertise for years and they always have repaired my cars using quality parts and never doing anything that was not needed. With that expertise they always have saved me money.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The person that completed the repair showed me the old parts and explained their condition.

Had appointment for 9:00 am, but dropped the vehicle off the night before. Didn't hear from them until mid afternoon indicating they were waiting for a hoist. Received a call at 4:45 indicating the repairs were complete, but needed to pickup the car before they closed at 5:30. Not much time to locate a ride and arrive by 5:30. A portion of the repairs were under warranty. That part of the repairs was addressed a few weeks prior, but they couldn't find the problem. The other repairs involved a wiring harness that was rubbing on the front suspension. The vehicle was in their shop last January for major suspension repairs. I wonder if the wiring harness was not secured in place properly when they completed those repairs. They say not, but I am not completely satisfied with their determination. Also the interior of the vehicle smelled like the inside of their shop. Had to deodorize the interior.

Dick, We have been grateful to have serviced your vehicle over the last several years. Your present assessment therefore, carries a significant weight. We strive to meet expectations, but clearly we did not in this case. Items like odors are a semi-recurrent concern and can be difficult to fully prevent. The elements we deal with we try to manage as best we can. Sadly we didn't catch anything out of the ordinary in this case. Our techs are all great guys, and if mistakes were made, they know that telling us and communicating the issue is encouraged.
